Isaac does not like car rides, at all! Garrett and I have been trying a number of things to keep him from screaming his head off on car rides. I started singing to him and this seemed to do the trick. I relayed this information to Garrett so that he would no longer have to suffer the torture of a screaming child in the back seat. Last night Garrett told me he found his own trick, singing Disney songs to Isaac in the car. He came and downloaded their greatest hits and greatest love songs. This morning I played a selection of them for Isaac and turns out he loves the song "I Won't Say I'm In Love" as performed by Meg in Hercules. Here are some pictures after I turned it off, you can see his discontent. Needless to say this worries me a bit, he already shows a preference to girls. I think he has big plans to be a heartbreaker.

Haha! Good for you for finding the trick. He's so darn cute!
Scout HATED the car too. Maybe it's an oldest child thing... there's no other kids back there to chill with them. Bummer that I didn't know about the Disney music trick.
PS... he looks so old in these pics. It's killing me!
I find this incredibly funny as, after having to ride around with Ava screaming one day, you told me you'd never met a baby that didn't like car rides.
